The International Conference on Software Product Management closes the gap between research and practice and around the management of software in the age of data-driven products, services and ecosystems. The international conference is hosted for the first time by the Software Product Management (WI-PrdM) group within the Management of Application Development and Maintenance (WI-MAW) technical committee of the German Informatics Society.

Our goal is to enable an exchange between scientists, decision makers in practice and young professionals in the context of digitization, to inform each other about the state of research and practice in order to jointly address the challenges of digitization, the novelty in the design of data-driven offerings as well as the flexibilization of value creation through ecosystems.

For interested researchers, the conference offers the opportunity to submit their own papers, and accepted papers will be published in the GI conference proceedings (C-ranked by VHB-JOURQUAL3).
